Overbeck Services

July testimony it was about the service not about the money. Traveling Mercies! From traveling from Georgiana Alabama. Going to Cincinnati making it to Pittsburgh. My truck broke down at the gas station. Finding Overbeck that was literally just down the street was a blessing to me. Dave, Mike and the Crew taking me in. It was a Godsend. Having to makie it back to Newport News Virginia. Overbeck Crew with the repairs done. Making it do what it do. I Thank YOU! Understand Gandyman Can. Highly recommended

I've been to Overbeck Auto in Madisonville twice now for basic maintenance and other auto concerns and they have done a great job both times. Their prices are fair, they're realistic and not pushy about services that are needed, and their office is very comfortable to wait at while services are being done. I've struggled to find an auto shop that I felt was reliable, not taking advantage of me, and does good work, but I think I've found a good fit with Overbeck Auto

Prior to taking our vehicles to Overbeck for service, they had only been serviced by the dealership. A mechanic at a local body shop recommended Overbeck to me, and I am a very satisfied new customer. The staff is super friendly, and they are consistent and proactive in communicating. I received same- day written estimates for repairs on my Volvo and BMW that were clear, the pricing was reasonable, and I am very happy with their work.

I'm very happy with my experience at Overbeck! I was buying a used car and I wanted a third party inspection before I pulled the trigger. I spoke to Mike in the morning, and he was very flexible about seeing the car that day. He under promised and over delivered on how much time it would take and he patiently explained all of the findings so that I could use that information in my negotiation. He also helped me understand why the price I was paying for the car was fair. And then he even checked in with me a couple of days later to see how it went (that was just above and beyond!). I highly recommend Overbeck, and I will absolutely be back!

I can’t say enough positive things about Overbeck. Their communication is clear, quick and excellent. The service is seamless, trustworthy and efficient. The pricing is affordable comparatively as well. In addition, their customer service is rather impressive. Highly recommend!!!!
